Returns
The prototype is designed around a simple 30-day return structure. Final eligibility and costs will be adapted to product category and local consumer law.
Return window
Eligible items would normally be requested within 30 days of delivery and returned in unused, resalable condition.
Refund timing
Once a return is received and inspected, the refund status would be updated in the order record and sent back through the original payment method where applicable.
